Modern agricultural practices have led to ever-increasing amounts of chemicals being used on our food, and whether we’re talking about pesticides, herbicides or fungicides, most have deleterious effects on health.

According to the latest report on pesticide residues in food by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), a mere 15 percent of all the food samples tested in 2015 were free from pesticide residues. In 2014, over 41 percent of samples had no detectable pesticide residues on them.1

That just goes to show how quickly our food is being poisoned. At that trajectory, we may eventually find out none of the non-organic food sold in 2016 or 2017 was pesticide-free.

There is a growing body of evidence to indicate that this may just be the case, for it is certainly disturbing a great many of our body’s processes. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is food additive found in a significant percentage of processed food products we consume including dairy, cereals, condiments, sauces and many others.

Modeling is based on the consumption of manufactured foods containing titanium dioxide. When food intake is approx. 500gms per day, the consumption of titanium dioxide may be as high as 1%. This equates to approximately 5gms of titanium dioxide being consumed per day.

Under normal conditions, the body can only excrete approx 0.8gms each day. Above 0.8mgs, bioaccumulation starts to occur, as the following figures illustrate:

Equates to 4.2gms of weight increase per day
Equates to 1.533kgs increase in 1year
Equates to 15.33kgs in 10 years

This bioaccumulation of Titanium dioxide sets in motion inflammatory processes which affect each individual differently, this depends on many co-factors.

Red flags implicating TiO2 in many diseases are starting to appear in the scientific literature.

Many animal studies have indicated that it impairs cellular functions, from the least life form across the spectra to man.

Nature protects the biodiversity on this planet by locking up the most toxic materials in complex mineral forms, although titanium dioxide is one of the most abundant minerals on this planet, it is not found freely in nature. Titanium dioxide has to be extensively manufactured, to release it from the ores in which it is found.

Titanium Dioxide is a ceramic and as a ceramic, it is similar to Asbestos, especially if it is electro-spun. (a manufactured fibre form)

So it is hardly a surprise that it would produce similar toxicological responses within the body as Asbestos.

Titanium Dioxide is used in cosmetics and vitamins and other drugs as a filler to construct tablets. But it is also used in skimmed milk, cheeses, yogurts, mayonnaise, chocolate marshmallows, manufactured fast foods, tomato ketchup. It is fed to animals that humans eat.

Titanium dioxide accounts for 70% of the total production volume of pigments worldwide. It is widely used to provide whiteness and opacity to products such as paints, plastics, papers, inks, foods, and toothpastes. It is also used in cosmetic and skin care products, and it is present in almost every sunblock, where it helps protect the skin from ultraviolet light.

Titanium dioxide is a metal oxide with unique properties. It rivals diamonds for hardness and is notable for excellent electrical properties.

(Natural News) The current estimated annual cost for nine of the most common neurological disorders in the U.S. was a hefty $789 billion, a recent paper revealed. According to the paper, these conditions include Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, traumatic brain injury and Parkinson’s disease, as well as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury.

Researchers also projected that health care costs associated with brain damage will continue to increase as the number of elderly patients were expected to double between 2011 and 2050. Data showed that medical costs related to dementia and stroke alone were estimated to be more than $600 billion by 2030.

“The findings of this report are a wake-up call for the nation, as we are facing an already incredible financial burden that is going to rapidly worsen in the coming years. Although society continues to reap the benefits of the dramatic research investments in heart disease and cancer over the last few decades, similar levels of investment are required to fund neuroscience research focused on curing devastating neurological diseases such as stroke and Alzheimer’s, both to help our patients and also to avoid costs so large they could destabilize the entire health care system and the national economy,” said lead author Dr. Clifton Gooch, ScienceDaily.com reports.

The findings were published in the Annals of Neurology.

Former EPA scientist Marion Copley’s heartbreaking email not only illustrates the cancer-causing capacity, but that the EPA is riddled with corruption and greed.

Copley’s letter describes a host of ways in which glyphosate can cause cancer:

  • Endocrine disruption
  • Free radical formation and inhibition of free radical-scavenging enzymes
  • Genotoxicity — which is key in cancer onset
  • Inhibition of certain DNA repairing enzymes
  • Inhibiting the absorption of essential nutrients
  • Renal and pancreatic damage that may lead to cancer
  • Destruction of gut bacteria and suppression of the immune system

“Any one of these mechanisms alone listed can cause tumors, but glyphosate causes all of them simultaneously. It is essentially certain that glyphosate causes cancer. With all of the evidence listed above, the CARC category should be changed to ‘probable human carcinogen,’” Copley states. Copley passed away in 2014, before the IARC finally did come to reach this conclusion.

The Real Reason Wheat is Toxic (it’s not the gluten) – Prepare for Change

 

The stories became far too frequent to ignore.

Emails from folks with allergic or digestive issues to wheat in the United States experienced no symptoms whatsoever when they tried eating pasta on vacation in Italy.
