The next Russia-Japan intergovernmental commission will meet on November 15 to finalize the economic agenda of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit for talks with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe next month, the Deputy Russian Minister of Economic Development said Monday.
