This article, a slightly edited version, is as pertinent today as seven years ago, if not more so, considering codified “targeted individuals” and “targeted assassinations.” Daily, reporter Deborah Dupré receives emails from self-identified targeted individuals seeking resources to help remove unwanted implants connecting them to criminals and enabling silent, invisible attacks on their persons.

What I found…is there is no law on the books requiring that informed consent be obtained. More important, I believe there is a need for such a law, as there continue to be cases where this basic right–I do view it as a basic right–is abused. Among greatest human rights violations imaginable

Few American doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists will break rank or brave the new world of high-tech electronic abuse some of their patients report, despite hard evidence of such injuries. Increasing numbers of innocent citizens targeted in a U.S.. are being secretly brain implanted with RFID chips without their consent. The chips enable no-touch torture, mind control, and experimentation. One man provided evidence of this in court; won his case; and prepared for a continuation in federal court, due to be equally explosive.

RFID is abbreviation for Radio-frequency Identification, a misnomer due to the device secretly functioning for far more than identification. It also carries the capacity for for remote technological harassment, torture and even targeted assassinations (codified by President Barack Obama.).
