I would like to add a point to be offered during any negotiations for Greenland: “Offer to set up a US Coast Guard Station with personnel, ships and helicopters to protect the people and shipping in and around Greenland.” Note: We might have to rotate the US Coast Guard personnel every 6 weeks or 3 months or 6 months to get more US citizens familiar with the people of Greenland and they with us.
