A sobering Security Council (SC) report used by President Putin at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum to warn that the structural problems in the global economy have not been overcome, while at the same time stating the US is the only superpower in the world today, is further warning that the Western policy of unilateral actions has breed such chaos there remains just months, not years, before a catastrophic meltdown of global economy begins.
