Hillary Clinton Push For War Beings World To Brink

A new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that Hillary Clinton’s latest push for war has brought the world to the brink because Federation-US tensions are so high, even the smallest spark could erupt into full scale war with virtually no advanced notice.

According to this report, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s latest machinations for war began last week with the staged leak of a “dissent channel cable” signed by 51 US State Department officers advocating that the Obama regime begin bombing the government of Syria instead of Islamic State terrorists—once again proving that the US State Department has deteriorated from a reasonably professional home for diplomacy and realism into a den of armchair warriors possessed of imperial delusions.

 

 

Coinciding with Secretary Clinton and her State Department allies advocating for total war in Syria, this report continues, Obama led NATO forces are still massing troops and equipment on the Western Front in numbers not seen since World War II—and involve upwards of 100,000 military forces preparing for war.

What the US puppet press is failing to tell the American people about Secretary Clinton’s madness to begin bombing Syria, this report notes, is that should it happen the United States would then be in direct conflict with Russia which the Federation would have to respond to with all of its military might.

And so dangerous has the situation in Syria become, this report says, neither the US Pentagon or CIA can agree on which Islamic terrorist groups they’re supposed to be helping—and since President Obama broke his February 2016 pledge to indentify to Russia who these supposedly “good” Islamic terrorists are, and even to this day US military commanders still won’t identify them, Russian military forces continue to bomb and destroy them all.

With Russian forces unrelentingly destroying these Islamic terrorists in Syria, however, this report continues, the Obama regime this past week actually nearly started World War III when American fighter jets confronted Russian bombers destroying these Islamic terrorists—but who weren’t successfully as these Russian bombers destroyed their targets.

 

 

Critical to note too about the war plans being implemented by Hillary Clinton and the Obama regime, are their destroying the international system put in place after World War II by the United Nations that is predicated on peremptory norms – or jus cogens – of international law being observed without derogation.

One of these norms governs the use of force, this report explains, specifically prohibiting fighting wars of aggression, i.e. wars fought not in self defence, unless they are collective actions authorized by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). NATO’s intervention in Kosovo in 1999 under the last Clinton regime – regardless of whether or not it was the right thing to do – did not have the authorization of the UNSC and therefore undermined the legitimacy of the United Nations and sent the dangerous message that unilateral interventions are acceptable in certain situations.

And despite pledges made to Russia by the West after the collapse of the Soviet Union that NATO would not move eastwards, nor recruit former Warsaw Pact members, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia have joined this Western military alliance, with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Macedonia and Montenegro (with which an Accession Protocol was signed in May) lined up to join too—and should Georgia be allowed in too, then Russia’s fear of being encircled by NATO would not be paranoia. but an undeniable reality.

In attempting to stop the madness of Hillary Clinton and Obama, this report concludes, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier took the extraordinary step this past week of telling NATO to stop its warmongering against Russia before it’s to late—and whose warning was echoed by SC Secretary Nikolai Patrushev who likewise warned that these NATO actions will effect the entire global situation too, and which may, in fact, be what Clinton and Obama want.
