Monday midnight saw the global codes entered for the receiving and sending of international wires–at unlimited amounts–for all T4 level transactions.

There’s a settling and testing phase that is to last 48 hours.

Participating RV exchange banks have been told in memos this morning, Tuesday, to be fully operational starting normal business hours on Wednesday June 21.
