Bob is a retired DOD scientist, quantum physicist, chemist, they took him out of high school at age 14, and the DOD has used his mind ever since. GM offered him alot of $$$$$$$$$, but he refused to sell to them. He says once you take the cabal’s $ you become apart of the cabal.
