People are starting to return to the Iraqi city of Mosul after the government declared victory over Islamic State in the area on Monday. However, one of the most difficult tasks could still lie ahead as most of Mosul has been devastated by nine months of fighting. The UN says it will take billions of dollars and years to rebuild the city.
