Ahhh yes! Splendid news coming from the state of Colorado, and precedent setting I might add…. We’ve seen police use and abuse their powers by conducting very unconstitutional searches and seizures on people not just to take away their civil rights but also they’re property through civil asset forfeiture. This is a win for the little guy!
