Three deputies are seen restraining 19yo Jordan Norris in a chair while he is shocked with a stun gun at least f4 times in the torso and legs. The incident took place last November at Cheatham County Jail in Ashland City. The release of CCTV footage has prompted Cheatham County Sheriff to investigate allegations of police brutality at the facility.
