This is to inform you that Wells Fargo Bank has refused to deposit checks to my account. I presented several checks to my account and the Post Falls, Idaho branch refused to deposited them. These checks were drawn on my Treasury Direct Account and there was a sufficient amount in my account to more than cover my checks. The funds were to be used to help needy people pay for medical expenses and to pay for food and shelter for these people.
I spent a great deal of time and energy trying to explain my situation to the branch manager in Post Falls. I told her about the Treasury Direct Accounts and was very truthful about the situation. She refused to help me in any way. The next thing I knew, I got a call from someone at Wells Fargo and they told me they were closing all my accounts at their bank and would accept no more deposits except cash.
I tried to transfer money from my PayPal account to my checking account at Wells Fargo and they refused to accept the money. In addition, I have direct deposit into my account from Social Security and they refused this deposit too. This has put me in great financial hardship. I need access to this money to pay rent and my other expenses.
To resolve this problem, I would appreciate if you would investigate this immediately and allow my funds to be posted into my account so I can pay my bills. I expect the situation to be resolved ASAP. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We have contacted the US Treasury by telephone and was told that they would help us get money transferred to our banking account they sent us this form FS Form 5446. asking us to fill it out the best we could and send it to them and they would help in doing the rest. See Attached below:
I want an answer whether you have a certifying officer in your bank that will sign
on page 14 that I am the signer of this document. If you sign it and open up an account for it to be deposited in my account. If you decide to work with me I would be happy to work with Wells Fargo. If you will not sign certifying my signature I will inform the treasury Department of what took place
Below is a rough draft of a complaint I will also be sending to the Treasury and similar letters to Idaho Department of financing and the Better Business Bureau.
