LOVE WHERE YOU ARE. YOUR SURROUNDINGS REFLECT YOU. IF YOU HAVE A MESSY HOME, GUESS WHAT YOUR MIND LOOKS LIKE. A CLEAN AND ORDERLY SURROUNDING IS A REFRESHING THING AND ACTUALLY MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD. SO CLEAN UP THAT ROOM OR KITCHEN. IT WILL WORK WELL FOR YOU.
THESE TRUISMS ARE FACETS OF US AND WORK FOR US. AS CREATURES OF HABIT, IT DOES NOT TAKE LONG TO CHANGE DIRECTIONS AND DEVELOP NEW AND GOOD HABITS THAT MAKE OUR LIVES EASIER. OH YES, ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS WE CAN DO IF OVERWEIGHT IS TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. THE SIMPLEST WAY IS TO CUT OUT THE CARBOHYDRATES AND STOP BREAD AND PASTA AND POTATOES AND ALL SUCH STARCH. THE SECOND HALF TO THAT EQUATION IS SUGAR. STOP SUGAR OF ALL KINDS. IT MAY BE DIFFICULT AT FIRST, BUT IF YOU WANT SWEET, DO A MILKSHAKE WITH STEVIA NOT SUGAR. DROP SOME VANILLA INTO IT. USE STEVIA NOT SUGAR OR SPLENDA OR THE OTHER ASPARTAME (NEUROTOXIN) PRODUCTS. NO DIET ANYTHING – THAT STUFF, USUALLY ASPARTAME, KILLS.
WITHIN A WEEK YOU WILL NOT ONLY DROP THE WATER, BUT YOU WILL DROP A FEW POUNDS OF FAT. IN TWO WEEKS, YOUR BACK WILL LIKE YOU AGAIN. IN A MONTH YOU WILL HAVE LOST ANYWHERE FROM 20 TO 30 POUNDS AND CONTINUE TO DROP UNTIL YOU REACH A GOOD WEIGHT. THERE’S MY FEW CENTS ON THE WAY WE WORK. AS FAR AS THE OUTSIDE WORLD IS CONCERNED, THE AMOUNT OF ACTIVITY OUT THERE IS INCREDIBLE. I HAVE RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT SHEDS A GOOD LIGHT ON THESE ACTIVITIES AND FOR SURE WE ARE IN THE BEGINNING OF THE FINAL SEQUENCE. SOME HAVE COME TO ME WITH EXACT PRICING FROM THE END REDEEMERS FOR THE HISTORIC ASSETS AND THAT MADE ME SMILE AS SOME OTHERS I KNOW ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS VERY REAL AND VERY TIMELY OFFER TO THEM. YES ALL THIS ACTIVITY ON CURRENCY AND ASSETS IS ALL QUITE REAL.
