The Trump administration has announced a crackdown on federal government leaks which have left the White House in turmoil. The attorney general says the US Justice Department has been pursuing about three-times more leaks than it was during the last years of the Obama administration.
The culprits are being warned to stop now, or face legal consequences. And it’s not only government employees who could face prosecution, but the media as well. There are fears that some leaks could be putting national security at risk
