Who’s To Say? Does content policing by Twitter & FB violate freedom of speech?

Twitter has banned a campaign post by Marsha Blackburn, a Republican candidate running for senator in Tennessee. It removed her video, claiming it was inflammatory.
Facebook has also faced increased pressure for its failure to remove questionable content. Its security chief said there’s a danger people want it to become an Orwellian-style Ministry of Truth.
RT heard conflicting opinions on the issue from political activist Paul Wiffen and journalist Matteo Bergamini.
