Hello,

The response I got from my primary contact today indicated that everything that Reno needs to do has been completed on Tiers 1 – 3.

However, apparently there is a requirement for an audit to be done by all of the banks. It is my understanding that this process started several days ago and is still continuing.

Once all of the bank audits are completed the release of Tiers 1 – 3 will be enacted.

It is my understanding that a number of the audits have already been completed, but others are still being confirmed.

The estimated time for completion has been stated to be anywhere from tonight to as late as next Tuesday.

When the audits are completed and Tiers 1 – 3 are all released Tier 4 will immediately start.
