The below was important info I missed in last night’s notes on The Big Call – especially on exchanging for higher rates at a Redemption Center (which evidently anyone can do no matter what amount of currency you hold, providing you have a Humanitarian Project). 4. On Friday Feb. 16 there was a huge influx of capital into the banking system. We had 800% increase in capital to Citibank. The lowest Tier 1 banks were 365% increase. So they are prepared and gearing up for these exchanges with capital because they a need certain amount of capital to be not only Basil 3 complaint, but also Basil 4 compliant.
5. We have 4,000 Redemption Centers in the US and over 7,000 Tier 1 banks doing exchanges. Banks are entitled to do Zim, though there is a distinction between using a bank and using the toll free number. We are in Tier 4, what we call the Internet Group.
