A Russian man in Nizhny Novgorod region went to the extreme to fulfill his civic duty by flying to a polling station using his powered hang-glider in the city of Arzamas on Sunday.
The daredevil, Alexander Vikhorev, lives in a remote village and instead of driving to the polling station, he flew there.
