1. Tony: There are some 800 numbers out. I don’t know if they are good/active. I have been given some live 800 numbers – I have already tried them, so I know they are live. However, they are not taking appointments yet. The 800 numbers I tried are not from the US Treasury, or the Federal Reserve. I do have the numbers from the committees right here, and I know other people have these same numbers, with the same response.

2. On Fri. April 6 bank personnel were put on standby and told to report to the bank for work on Sun. April 8.

3. On Sun. April 8 in California, Texas, Arizona, Illinois and New York bank personnel went into the bank and did tests for 8 hours, then were sent home. They said that this was their final dry runs, getting their procedures down so people know exactly where to go.

4. As of today April 9 Bank personnel were still on standby (meaning they can’t travel any more than a 25 mile distance from their office). They are being gagged and threatened if they give out information. They feel like they’re that close. I like that the banks are in this situation: getting ready, on standby.

5. The Dong would likely stay at $.47 cents.

6. Iraq has said they won’t RV until after their elections in May, although their actions reflected that they could go at any time. I talked to sources in Iraq over the weekend, and they told me not to pay attention to these rumors of ‘after the election’. We know economic reform is happening in Iraq, and it’s scheduled for this week. This has happened before, and it’s always a possibility that it may not go, until it’s done and activated.

7. Iraq has put their banks on standby.

8. The Zim rate was the equivalent of $.16 cents with 6 zeros taken off (a 100 T Zim note would be worth 16 million $.
