The picture in the video is the photo Frame 3073 of the “Manilius Krater” (https://www.lpi.usra.edu/…/images/print/3073_med.jpg) from Lunar Orbiter 3 in 1967 and its only a sandhill as you can see in the next photo from same Orbiter and the same place, but an other direction (https://www.lpi.usra.edu/…/images/print/3162_med.jpg) so debunked, sorry…
