Destroyed buildings & cars: Aftermath of flash floods in Ellicott City

Howard County declared the state of emergency as storms triggered flash floods in Ellicott City, destroying buildings and cars, with the Patapsco River rising to a record level of 24.13 feet (7.35 m).
