Alliance theoreticians work on a daily basis to determine the timing of the RV release using mathematical formulas based on multiple factors.

Multiple factors such as the current state of the geopolitical arena, global economy, unawakened masses, current events, and planned events.

This allows the Alliance to determine the optimal time to release the RV.

The optimal time to release the RV is approaching quickly as all the dominoes fall into place revealing the big picture.
