Footage filmed on Wednesday shows the aftermath of floods that killed three and forced thousands of people to flee their homes in the Chuong My district, near the capital city of Hanoi. According to reports, two children and a man drowned and some 1,000 houses were half-swallowed by flood water on Monday.
