Italian rescue workers and search dogs continued Thursday to comb through the ruins of a highway bridge in Genoa with the hope of finding unlikely survivors two days after it collapsed. Genoa’s chief prosecutor says there could be as many as 20 people missing in the rubble of the collapsed highway bridge in the city, in addition to the 39 already confirmed dead.
