Having worked in St Vincent’s Public Hospital in Melbourne, Australia… as an X-Ray Orderly & Physiotherapy Assistant… in my early twenties… I experienced close-up… the pain, frustration and emotional trauma of amputees… as I walked side-by-side with them… each day… as part of their recovery physio.
