The official closing ceremony of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival takes place in Moscow’s Red Square on Sunday. Concluding the celebrations, which began on August 24, the ceremony features international musicians, including a Celtic orchestra and military bands among other acts such as the International Irish Dance Team and the Cordoba Equestrian Association.
