An Anon on Great Awakening Board says that the 1/billion coincidence refers to a picture Q posted which is a .jpg file named DOITQ. The picture was originally posted to POTUS Twitter account. Twitter uploads are given random file names. What are the chances a POTUS Twitter picture would be given a file name of DOITQ? About 1 in a billion. Other Anons are speculating that the number was assigned manually by a White Hat infiltrating Twitter. Either option is fine with me!

Note the source that Q has used to tell us about the Alert System Test: breaking911.com. Also note that the heading on the phone screen in the picture says ‘Presidential Alert’. Anons are speculating that President Trump and the Alliance might link in to all communications devices, and people will see those words ‘Presidential Alert’. Anything is possible with the brilliantly conceived Alliance plan.

We have been forewarned by many sources, both on and off planet, to expect global announcements. It would seem that the time is fast approaching for such an event.
