Bruce is saying the QFS is up and running and everything should get going soon. CIPS has taken over SWIFT but CIPS is not the QFS. CIPS is a faster more secure network that moves large amounts of money around quickly but it is not as yet connected to the QFS.

The QFS would not perform transactions for the status quo. It would not provide funding to governments for the military to keep killing or to big business to keep poisoning us. These transactions are still being performed by soulless mainframe computers. When the QFS is fully deployed the world will change drastically. Big business and government will need to conform quickly or be shut down permanently.

The QFS will be deployed for our transactions but only to people with absolutely nothing but good intentions. The QFS wants to fund as many as possible to infuse the world with the spirit of abundance but if only a handful of people meet it’s criteria it will wait.

If we are waiting for an all go or none go scenario then Patrick might as well shut this site down and we will wait for ascension because this won’t happen without it. Hopefully the QFS will soften it’s stance somewhat and allow a less than perfect go. At this point millions of people would be extremely upset if some get to RV and they don’t. If we change our attitude to being happy that at least someone gets to start the realization of new earth and not be cranky if they’re not that someone maybe this could start. If only a few people were given quadrillions and then those people started to fund humanitarian projects that had no profit intentions this is the spirit of cooperation that the QFS is waiting for us to realize.
