The Hurricane was most likely steered so that it coincided with an oject in Space close to earth exerting a gravitational force on earths oceans and thus creating a Tidal Wave Event which impacted the east coasts of the US where Hurricane Florence came ashore. The object must be a stellar core and thus a member of PLANET X system of dead stars
