1. Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll. (unrolled scroll, that could be measured)
2. And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. (10×20 cubits, cubit = 18″ so 15’x30′)
3. Then said he unto me, This is the *curse (Gods Judgment against sinners) that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth:) for every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it. *(dishonest, False believers)
*4. I will bring it (judgment) forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it (judgment) shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name: and it (judgment) shall remain in the midst of his house, and (judgment) shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.
5. Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth.
6. And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an *ephah (like a barrel represents wickedness that covers the earth) that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.
7. And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of *lead: (sin) and this is a woman (sinful Woman) that sitteth in the midst of the ephah (like a barrel represents wickedness that covers the earth).
8. And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah (like a barrel pouring out wickedness that covers the earth); and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.
9. Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings (Rightious Judgment against sinners, revival that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth:); for they had wings like the wings of a stork (Rebirth, Revival of planet earth): and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.
10. Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah?
11. And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar (Iraq): and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.

Isaiah Chapter 11

10. And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

11. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

Jeremiah Chapter 49

38. And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.

39. But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.

Zechariah
Chapter 6

1. And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of *brass. (brass in scripture sometimes sybolizes Spirituality) (We have two spiritual powers represented)
2. In the first chariot were *red (righteous) horses; and in the second chariot (evil) *black horses;
3. And in the third chariot (good) *white horses; and in the fourth chariot *grisled and bay horses.(partly good and partly bad)
4. Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?
5. And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from (standing before the Lord of all the earth).

*Zechariah 4
12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?
13 And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
