UK tribunal is set to decide whether ethical veganism is a philosophical belief that should be protected by law and deserve the same status as a religion.
It comes after man launched legal proceedings against his former employer claiming his was fired because of his commitment to veganism.
His former employer, however, denies this allegation saying instead that he was sacked for gross misconduct.
