Chicago’s chief of police has lashed out at Jussie Smollett, the former star of TV show ‘Empire’, who is accused of staging an attack against himself.
He says he doesn’t want the case to overshadow improvements that have been made in the city – adding this is ‘personal’. Mr Johnson promises more evidence that Smollett is guilty of a criminal act.
