Sofia has experienced chronic constipation for most of her adult life, and she’s tried many diets, therapies and over the counter medications. At the Portland Advanced Week Long Retreat, Sofia participated in one of the Coherence Healing sessions as a healee. She had an intense experience of releasing emotional traumas during the session…with satisfying results afterwards.
