Chinese authorities imposed a lockdown in Wuhan and other cities in Hubei Province on Jan. 23 in an effort to contain the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.
Many parents suspected or confirmed to have the virus have been forcibly removed for quarantine, leaving behind elderly or underage children to fend for themselves.
