According to a notice from Guangzhou Nolan Fine Chemical Co. dated April 11, mass testing for the CCP virus among the local African population identified more than 1,000 infected people as of April 10.
Videos showing police taking African people for quarantine, landlords evicting African tenants, and restaurants refusing service to black people have since circulated on the internet.
