In Colorado we received our mail in ballots today. One ballot for the Dems and one separate ballot for the repubs. Instructions are to fill in one of the ballots, insert into the response evelope and mark the outside of the envelope ‘Dem or Repub”. It seems to me that would make it very easy to toss the republican or Democrat envelopes and not even count them. What do you think?
