Dave is full of crap if he thinks robots will take a workers place in the factory. It takes 6 to 8 skilled tradesmen to repair and maintain each and every robotic system in the factory and it takes setup men/women to keep materials glowing in and out of that robot station.
I know this for a fact because because I used to repair them. Robots means higher wages for the workers and a lot of skilled specialty training.
