The FCC accepted SpaceX’s 100,000-satellite Starlink V3 constellation filing. That is public.
What is not public is that a parallel deployment classified under a DOD Space Force contract designation is placing direct-to-device broadcast-capable nodes into the V3 shell that can carry EAS-level presidential communications to any cellular device in the United States without passing through a single network tower, a single ISP, or a single media platform.
