Water covers around 70% of the earth’s surface and makes up the majority of our physical body, yet how much do we actually know about water? It appears not as much as we would think, and in this talk Marcia Barbosa discusses the many anomalies of water.
Towards the end of the video Marcia dives into a potential solution for freshwater shortages and how we can use the laws of physics to manipulate salt water with nano-tubes to create fresh, clean drinking water.
Marcia Barbosa has a PhD in physics from Brazil’s Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, where she is now the director of its Physics Institute. She studies the complex structure of the water molecule, and has developed a series of models of its properties which may contribute to our understanding of how earthquakes occur, how proteins fold, and could play an important role in generating cleaner energy and treating diseases. She is actively involved in promoting Women in Physics and was named the 2013 L’Oreal-UNESCO for Women in Science Awards Laureate for Latin America.

Exactly eight years ago today, on August 30 2009, Brother Billy Nelson had a prophetic dream in which he saw great destruction in Houston TX, which he describes as follows:
“I looked out over the water and saw massive amounts of debris coming into the waterway. I saw pieces of rooftops, houses, and all manner of trash floating in the water. It was the leading edge of incredible amounts of fragments of what used to be homes and businesses. I didn’t understand where all this debris could possibly be coming from or what could cause such a mega-disaster. The cruise ship certainly would not escape being trapped in the rubble, the debris was so thick, I knew I could walk on top of it all the way back to Houston.
I heard a His voice say, ‘When you see this, it has begun.’
I looked forward towards the bow of the cruise ship and saw two tanker ships directly in front of us, a couple of hundred yards ahead of our ship, sailing side by side, cutting a path through the thick debris field for us. The tankers were stoutly built and could withstand the beating from all the trash in the water. As the tankers cut through the rubble, they left a clear watery path, making smooth sailing for us, even in the middle of this catastrophe. We had no choice but to follow them to get back to port.
When we got near the dock, I simply opened the two side doors of the ship, waited for the dock hands to secure the ship and stepped safely down onto the dock. It was such relief to be safe back in port.” (see the complete post)
I believe it is significant that exactly eight years passed between the day he received the dream and today because the number eight represents new beginnings and this dream revealed the start of something new. He heard the Lord say, “When you see this, it has begun.”
What has begun? Billy understood it was a confirmation of many other prophetic warnings God had already given him regarding judgment coming to the United States. He wrote, “I believe this dream goes along with what the Father has been saying to me about more and more intense judgments are coming to America.”
His description of the judgments as “more and more intense” confirms what Jesus said would happen in the days prior to His return. He described it as being like birth pangs because the pain gets greater and more frequent as the time of delivery draws near. (Matthew 24:8)
Amazingly, my friend Lyn Leahz emailed me today to tell me what Brother Billy saw in his dream is happening today as he is currently on a cruise ship near Houston, stranded with 20,000 other passengers, as Galveston police explained:
According to local police in Galveston, Texas, officials hope the ships are not able to make port while there is still significant flooding because roadways out of Galveston are blocked and people getting off the cruises would be unable to leave the island. Many of the passengers’ cars that are parked in the cruise terminal lots are stuck there because of flooded access roads. (Source: Fox News)
I believe the events happening in Houston can only be understood in the larger context of where we are in God’s prophetic timeline. Contrary to the false prophets proclaiming all is well, trouble must come because prophecies recorded thousands of years ago in the scriptures must be fulfilled before the Lord returns. I believe we are fast approaching what the angel Gabriel described as “a time of anguish, such as has never occurred since nations first came into existence.” But the good news is Gabriel also said, “At that time your people shall be delivered, everyone who is found written in the book.” (Daniel 12:1)
Prophetic warnings indicate another event could be coming soon. In 2016, Pamela Banda saw great destruction coming to Houston through flood waters. The Holy Spirit told her, “The water represents judgment. Judgment is coming to Houston and it will be destroyed, desolate, and uninhabitable.”
Her vision revealed two floods and two storms in Houston. She wrote, “Then the water retracted, but then it came back again with force and strong winds. The water was destroying everything in sight. My heart bleeds for my city and the people I love the most, my Houston neighbors. I have witnessed the destruction of so many things that were monumental to this city. Not to mention the hardest thing I have ever personally gone through myself. Watching my family and close friends and neighbors, pull everything they own out of flooded houses. Seeing the pictures of even the carpeting and all furniture and belongings, even saw the kids toys ruined lying in rubble. The love and support of the community and the people is enormous, but I am still very sad. We are under a curfew as they have reported looting, but I have not seen anything like this. Just people joining together to help everyone that needs help. People you know or do not know. Watching the pictures and seeing the faces and commotion going on all around me is not only crippling, but very very emotional.
The streets are bare, and very few businesses are open as usual. Travel is very difficult as many of our street lights are still out, and food and water and gas are non existent. You can feel sorry for others but not for me, as I am completely fine, not mentally but everything else is wonderful. As I know once I exchange, I will take care of the people that need the help the most. The confusion and complete devastation of the people is the hard part, as many do not have working vehicles and are having to walk or use bicycles.
The grocery stores are almost completely sold out of Milk, bread, and all fresh fruits and vegetables, even bacon and lunch meat. Kroger has closed at 3:30 pm as they were completely out of food. Then on top of these terrible situations, there is no gas to leave even if you could find the roads to get out of town. Schools are mostly flooded, and kids are very bored, they have nothing to do and can not go outside much as the streets are all muddy, and when you walk you sink into the ground. We as a city are doing everything we can by cleaning out our closets and toiletries, but the destruction, and emotions of the people are very high.
Everyone has this look of dismay like they are very confused. The countless videos of the animals that are in neck deep water, and the ones that did not survive the rushing water and tides, will be numerous. Just a very sad time for our city in terms of the complete and total panic you can feel growing around the people. Trying to stay happy and uplifting when you feel your heart breaking into pieces is tough. Seeing the people join together is great and harmonious and will continue. So the cabal’s last big Hail Mary to stop the RV was set into motion last Friday and was a four fold plan… (all of this is confirmed, and took four days).
1) Launch a nuclear missile from a private yacht off the cost of England to hit London. But the yacht was destroyed when the missile backfired leaking traces of radiation in a cloud off the coastline.
3) Create a massive Hurricane (Harvey) and send it directly towards Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas as to draw military forces away from the base then attack and steal the Republic’s secrete gold stash so their currency has no hard asset backing it at the time of the RV. But the benevolents reversed a category 4 hurricane and sent it packing to Houston as a historic tropical storm that shut down half the total crude production in the US which (all cabal controlled entities).
4) Fire a weaponless scud missile at and over Japan from North Korea to draw the US into an artificial war against a reluctant China. But that just won’t happen for a host of reasons, but primarily for the preservation of their RV roll out plan.
Collectively this was the cabal’s best shot at stopping the RV. Individually, however, this madness looks like separate and unrelated events.
Yet paymasters and sub paymasters globally are flush with liquid cash at this hour.
And their SKR clients have long been alerted to participate in the RV at a moments notice, even be stationed in the areas of the their redemptions.
Chinese and Russian generals / special forces are all quietly stationed at Fort Hood monitoring the flooding in Houston for the Elders and Putin.
The Chinese are suddenly speaking in a language unknown to US Chinese interpreters.
Meanwhile exchanges continue in Asia and other BRICS aligned countries with clients that have appointments requested by the banks.

The Chinese not only are watching the Houston metro freeway driving conditions to gauge RV release readiness, but securing the boarder calm as it relates to the Golan Heights down to Damascus in Syria for a cabal attack, as they know Israel is orchestrating this final Hail Mary disruption attempt.

So much rain has fallen in and around Houston, and the ground has become so saturated, so deep, that skyscrapers are now in danger of FALLING OVER! The one-thousand foot tall JP MORGAN Building in downtown Houston is being evacuated right now due to “foundation issues.”
This means the ground beneath the skyscraper may no longer be firm enough to support the building!
If this is correct – and local authorities believe it is — the thousand-foot-tall building could literally fall over ! ! ! !
Bear in mind that skyscrapers are designed to “sway” in heavy winds. Normally, that’s a good thing; it prevents the buildings from snapping.” But in a case like this, where the foundation is compromised due to moist soil, that same “swaying” could very well lead to “tipping over.” And also bear in mind that wind in and around Houston is STILL being affected by the remnants of Hurricane Harvey.
Harvey returned to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is strengthening again right now. At 4:00 PM EDT, Hurricane Hunter Aircraft flew through the “eye” of the former hurricane and found wind has increased today from 45 MPH to 50 MPH and the central barometric pressure had dropped from 1006mb to 994 mb.
As central pressure drops, wind speeds pick-up. If those winds start hitting this building, it could very well fall right over.
No one is sure how this will turn out, but authorities in Houston are erring on the side of caution and evacuating the building. View on YouTube
