9. On the structure payout your interest will not pay out for 90 days. Approximately every 3 months you would be getting an interest payout coming to you. In the meantime between now and the first 31 days, and the first 90 days you need to decide how much money you needed for your personal use and for your humanitarian project.

6. In going for the Contract rates there are three concepts to utilize as part of your humanitarian projects:
a) Longevity: You want a long term payout to fund your humanitarian project for a long time. You want it to go 10, 50, maybe 100 years. You are putting this thing in motion to make a difference in people’s lives.
b) Infrastructure. You can Rebuild America in every town, city, and community; rebuild homes, streets, bridges, internet, fiber optics, meg rail – any number of projects that would go under the category of infrastructure.
c) Job creation: Tell them how many people you plan on employing thru your project in your 1st year, in 2nd year, in 20th year, etc. Break it down and make sense what you plan to do. With Rebuild America we will be employing a lot of people, veterans, carpenters, brick layers, concrete workers, crane operators, city planners, graphic designers, etc. all coincide to do with rebuilding a town, city, community.
d) Restoration of natural resources: A 4th idea was we have a certain amount in this country of about a million acres of toxic areas, brown fields, toxic areas from leakage from gas tanks, from oil, different things that have polluted that land and you can’t grow crops on. We have a guy that has a solution for that. It will return the soil back for usage for farming in about 2 months. That is something we will make available, and we will make known about. It is calledSoil Remediation.
7. At the Redemption Centers (not at the banks) there was no cap on the Zim and no cap on any currency. We have talked to people involved in Zim platforms and Zim exchanges that have been doing this for months, well over a year. I can’t tell you what the banks for Tier 5 will do, but for us at the Redemption Centers no zeros were coming off; no zeros would be in front of the rate; no limit to the exchange and no cap on the amount of currency, no matter what currency it was.

16. The Zim bank screen rate would likely be the equivalent of 10 to 22 cents (per Zim note) with 6 zeros taken off, depending on what the Zim rate was on the Forex at the time of your exchange. (A 100 T Zim note would likely exchange for between $10 million to $22 million).

7. Over last weekend they gave out the 800 numbers to 12 US districts. Each District has several numbers. Canada has three 800 numbers for their three districts. For the UK, there will be 800 numbers, although I don’t have the details yet.
8. On Tues. Feb. 20 our government transferred $196 billion dollars to fund exchanges.
9. Of the 8 million people who will exchange, 80%-90% of them have less than $10 million to exchange. They will not call a 800 number, but will go to their bank and exchange with a bank teller. If they have between $1 million and $10 million they can ask to exchange with a banker rather than a teller. With a banker they can negotiate their exchange and interest rates.
10. Your zip code will determine which district you are in. You need to exchange in the district you have lived in for the last 180 days.
11. When you call the 800 number they are going to ask you for your preferred bank with which you want to exchange. (Bruce: You can also ask to exchange at a Redemption Center with HSBC, where you can negotiate your exchange and interest rates).
12. Individual banks will have their own limits on how much $ they can exchange. (Bruce: HSBC does not have a limit or cap on your exchange).
13. On the Zim: you will be limited to exchanging up to $100 T Zim at your first exchange. At a later date, or dates, you could go back to exchange the rest.
14. A certain unknown percentage of the Internet Group will receive Contract Rates.
15. The bank screen rate that you exchange for would be the rate that shows on the Forex for that particular currency at the time of your exchange.

And Kiwi members of the IDC family will tell you that we New Zealanders have an avid interest in world events, probably because of our isolation. I Skype friends in USA every week and often tell them about political issues happening in their own country.

6. The GCR was about the United Nations, IMF, World Bank, Brexit and a massive Civil War going on in the U.S. for power, control & wealth. It was about bringing more balance worldwide and this was only a start.
7. All threats must be neutralized prior to bringing in the new financial system (RV/GCR) and beginning the transition event. The Alliance was racing against time as the window of opportunity to begin the transition event this month of Feb. 2018 was fast closing.

1. Bankers have said that we wouldn’t get out of this week without the GCR/RV.
2. We are getting two 800 numbers for the US (one for East of the Mississippi and one for West of the Mississippi), plus one 800 number for Canada.
3. If you have Zim bonds to redeem calling the 800 number will connect you to the Zim redemption center in your area based on your zip code. That call will then connect you to a person at the redemption center who will be directly working with you on your exchange.
4. Although some banks will be redeeming Zim and other currencies (at the bank screen rate), the redemption centers would give you higher rates than the banks would give you.
5. At the redemption center you would have the ability to negotiate your exchange rate.
6. Employment will be an important point for negotiating your rate. You need to tell them how many people you plan to employ in your first, second, etc. years.
7. Longevity – how long you plan to leave your money at the bank, how long your humanitarian project has been planned for – will be another important point in negotiating higher rates.
8. Restoring the planet – soil remediation, cleaning the water, etc. – would be another point in negotiating for higher rates.
9. In redemption centers no zeros were coming off your currency and there would be no cap on the amount you could exchange, even on the Zim.
10. You could leave your exchange with $10,000 in cash.
