Pandora’s Box is now open… Ilhan Omar now faces a federal criminal investigation amid years of unresolved questions surrounding her immigration history, marrying her brother, documented tax filings with one man while legally married to another, and major discrepancies in her husband’s business valuations that were later corrected…

Now federal agents have searched her home… potentially opening a much larger examination of the records behind her family’s immigration and citizenship history…

This is where mortgages become particularly interesting… loan applications, marital status, property ownership, income declarations, tax returns, business interests and financial disclosures create overlapping records that investigators can cross-reference…

Questions involving dual citizenship and the original naturalization process introduce another investigative dimension, although dual nationality itself is lawful and no mortgage misconduct by Omar has been established…

Now zoom out… because this could become a template… investigators following authenticated records across institutions can uncover entirely separate offenses, expanding an inquiry into bank fraud, tax fraud, immigration fraud, false statements or financial misconduct wherever the evidence leads…

Consider Lisa Cook, already facing a renewed mortgage inquiry… Adam Schiff, previously referred for investigation over mortgage representations… and Letitia James, whose mortgage prosecution was dismissed and subsequent indictment attempts rejected…

Different investigations, overlapping methods… identity, property, financial records and federal representations.

The larger systems significance is enormous… previously isolated controversies can become interconnected investigations when documentary evidence establishes the links…

Pandora’s box may have opened with Omar… the question now is how far the evidence reaches, and which other investigations follow the same trail…

The situation in Ukraine is WILD.

According to unnamed US official via Axios, Trump blindsided Zelensky with this deal with Putin, after Zelensky ignored half a dozen requests to stop hitting Russian oil refineries.

Zelensky has been sabotaging global oil markets, which is damaging Trump’s optics in the midterms, Trump told Zelensky to stop, Zelensky ignored Trump, so Trump went over the top of Zelensky and made a deal with Putin for diesel, thus deterring Zelensky from attacking the refineries and hurting global oil prices.

Zelensky is pissed Trump made a deal with Putin, and apparently Zelensky is “eroding the good will he has built up with Trump over the last six months”.

Zelensky has gone rogue, and is using his military to damage Trump’s optics heading into the midterms, as part of the Deep State’s broader plot to remove Trump.

I’m not sure what this means for Zelensky and Ukraine, but they have pissed off Trump. Not a great position to be in.
