Have we reached the point where a mental evaluation should be a requirement for an elected representative after they begin proposing legislation that is this far removed from our Constitution? WHich clearly states …

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Shouldn’t somebody make sure they are of sound mind and body.

Because California Senator Richard Pan may be Batshit Crazy, after basically copying and pasting a proposed taxpayer funded lobbyist controlled politboro reminiscent of the Chicoms Social Credit System into the California Senate.
