A dire and foreboding Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that 200,000 Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) specialists of emergency rescue divisions, with about 50,000 units of equipment, have begun evacuating over 40 million Federation citizens to their assigned nuclear protective bunkers at the same time the Ministry of Defense (MoD) has reported that the Main Command of the Navy (MCoN) has stationed their atomic weapons subs at their “strike points” along  both the East and West Coasts of the United States—while Russia media sources are, likewise warning that the “schizophrenics from America are sharpening nuclear weapons for Moscow”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

The evacuation of these tens-of-millions of Federation citizens to their protective nuclear bunkers, this report says, follows this past weeks evacuation to bunkers of all “Level B” ministries (Moscow local) to the Tagansky Protected Command Point (Bunker 42), and that was preceded, on 26 August, by all top Federal ministries being evacuated to the protected zone of Mezhgorye Urban Okrug.

Spurring these latest Federation “protective war moves”, this report explains, was the Obama regime yesterday, suddenly and without prior notice, breaking off diplomatic relations with Russia to end the war in Syria—and that was followed an hour later by an unprovoked attacked upon the Russian embassy in Damascus by Islamic terrorists supported by the US.
