Federal lawsuit to be filed tomorrow against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold for alleged failures in election administration and voter roll maintenance. 💥

Election Watch founder Peter Bernegger announced the suit, building directly on the February 2026 HAVA complaint he filed with Michael Cahoon. That complaint carries serious issues including:

🔴Inadequate voter roll maintenance under HAVA and NVRA standards

🔴Inaccurate or altered vote history records in Colorado’s SCORE system

🔴Problems with ineligible voters and improper ballot handling

The suit comes amid broader Colorado election controversies, including claims of over 14,000 improper ballots cast in the November 2024 election by voters who should not have received them.

It also ties into the Tina Peters case, prosecuted after raising concerns about voting systems & procedures 👈

This action seeks accountability for Colorado’s election processes ahead of future cycles.
