riding the cosmic boulevard

since september equinox 2016 we have been receiving cosmic solar waves of plasmic life force energy at least every hour, these can be so strong that we may have to lie or sit down to receive the upgrades. one must be moving slowly in all aspects to receive these new 5th dimensional and higher frequency downloads. if you are too busy in the head, physically or emotionally these high voltage rays may just pass you by, as they require a stillness of being in order to be received. so please use your awareness to slow down, or at least when you come up against something that ushers you to slow down, instead of road rage, grunting about the queue being too long or rain stopping you from going out etc. just remember that you are being guided or getting a cosmic kick up the arse to SLOW DOWN. Do it with grace & ease & you can open up to receive.

the worlds are on fire, flaring up & out in all directions.

it has not been an easy ride nor shall it be, as what’s to come has it challenges, but lets get all over it & be honoured to be having these experiences.

these days also mark 27 weeks of being food & drink free, that’s over 6 months & quite a milestone. my body weight has practically come back to just under 3 kilos from my original weight. this happened naturally, although sporadically. unequivocal #trust in #spirit grows ever stronger as i we continually #surrender & allow spirit to lead, letting it take care of the things that “i” used to think “i” was actually “doing”. as we reunite with #spirit or expand into our #luminous#lightbodies we expand in consciousness & we shift dimensions. this is a natural part of our journey albeit, in a wtf tipsy turbulent kinda way. this is sporadic at first having flashes or short periods of harmony in the new dimensions until it becomes the new norm. eventually engaging as little as possible in the old 3D world, as it sucks (as the americans say😉🤣) & new earth is #awesome🌈

the 10th january also marked 45 earth years which I’m very excited about. 45 feels like a significant marker! i am so grateful for this time on the earth plains with so many extraordinary opportunities unfolding, i love you & thank you for your support & kinship on this roller coaster ride.

we have successfully anchored the #frequency of new earth through out the planet earth or #gaia. her ley lines are filled & pumping with #crystalline sun/star #light, her #heart crystal reunited with its full power. you can now access this energy by connecting the meridians or nadis in your body with those in & around the earth. sending the energy from your finger tips, toes & top of head like a five pointed star outwards, inviting the great being #motherearth to light you up or plug you into her gridwork. your #meridians expand out to meet with hers, as you make the #connection you may feel lighter, like you are floating (and you may well be, as #levitation may occur or not!)
feel your energetic lines deeply connecting with this enormous being you live on. trust, surrender & allow her #energy to #guide you to her heart centre. the magnificent #heart grid of gaia, where your sacred heart aligns & merges with hers. stay for as long as you like reconnecting recalibrating remembering this #sacred rhythm of the #multiverse.. memory of free will, which is “choice”, #freedom to choose, is one of the major tools in expansion of consciousness & liberation of strong emotions. the use of your choice is paramount to living in the higher frequencies. one cannot expand in consciousness with strong emotions or emotional baggage. one must begin with choosing their thoughts, feelings & behaviour. this is #selfmastery.

once we make these choices & stabilise we can then expand into various #dimensions as long as we can resonate at their particular frequency. this is new earth. it is a shift in #consciousness. and this is just the beginning beloveds. the beginning of a whole new set of possibilities, where #harmony & contentment of the dao are always felt present in the background, foreground, all ground, as we invite & infuse #grace into all that we express, don’t express & beyond.
