We need 2 Amtrak train tickets so we can be in
San Bernadino from Kingman, az before the July 28th trial to free Yvette Henley from her abductors.

We also need someone around kingman az to watch
our sweet 12 year old Schipperke mix dog while
we are in San Bernadino. 

We want to return right back to Kingman AZ once Yvette is free.  I hope that is possible, we have our whole lives built here now.

to help or spread the word. My child Yvette Henley was stolen out of her residence in Arizona and put into the temporary custody of Gary Forester by the state of California.

California social workers never interviewed or met
Yvette or inspected her residence.  Gary Forester is a stalker, harasser, assaulter and attempted abductor. 

We moved out of California due to Garys constant
harassment and got permission from the state of
California to move.  We reported Gary Foresters crimes to police and state workers but no one helped.  We established a good life in Arizona, but Gary Forester made a custody case in California we were completely unaware of.  We received no mail or telephone calls notifying us of the court date. 

We were told when Yvette was stolen by CPS workers on July 10th, that that court automatically sided with Gary for custody because we did not appear.  We have a second court date to get back custody on July 28th.  We have extensive evidence proving all Garys reports as false and criminal. 

We need help. Does the case need to be transferred to federal court because it occurred in two
different states? Yvette is in immediate danger
residing with Gary Forester.  There are people who have assaulted Yvette in the past residing in Garys home. 

Yvette was to have no contact with these people but California gave Yvette to these criminal stalkers anyway.

Dragging us back to California by kidnapping our
daughter is criminal.  We have established land,
residence, and work commitments in Arizona.

We have done so  well we were able to get off all state benefits.  We have NO desire to return to California but now we must to free Yvette. We have never been on drugs or all the other reports Gary has claimed and have all evidence to prove all his reports are FALSE and CRIMINAL!

We need advice on how to approach this case so
we can free Yvette as quickly as possible.
She is in IMMEDIATE DANGER in Garys custody!
