Damage from Sleep Deprivation the Same as Binge Drinking

This was a very eye opening medical study because I am often the victim of insomnia or just don’t have the time to get 8 hours of sleep a night. Often times, if I get 5 hours, I’m lucky. This study found that the cumulative damage of not getting sleep every night is the equivalent of binge drinking. How many of you don’t get the sleep you need each night?
