WOODLAND PARK, N.J. — Pedro Quezada, the winner of a $338 million Powerball jackpot in 2013, was arrested by Passaic County authorities on charges of sexually assaulting a young girl.
Quezada, 49, faces two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of sexually assaulting the girl for three years, beginning when she was 11 years old and lasting until she was 14.
