Nikola Tesla developed technology that can be used on both a small and large scale that will interfere with our natural frequencies. The Soviet Union tested this technology on the U.S. embassy in the 1960’s. The U.S. was disguising CIA operatives as U.S. diplomats, so it’s no wonder why Castro would want to defend himself.
