After the February Revolution, power is seized by the Provisional Government. However, the long-awaited changes are not materializing. The Russian Empire is still at war. There is no end to the food crisis. Some leave the capital fearing the changes. Others, on the contrary, arrive in the city inspired by the new opportunities. Each and every one must learn to adapt to the new environment.
